Overview

The DirecTank Wedge Wiper is a custom-manufactured, 100% closed-cell nitrile/vinyl foam wiper seal designed for internal floating roof tanks.

Engineered to maintain a tight fit against the tank shell throughout its service life, the Wedge Wiper provides excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, retained flexibility, and shape retention under demanding storage conditions.

Depending on tank location, configuration, and permitting requirements, the DirecTank Wedge Wiper can be used as either a primary or secondary seal within internal floating roof systems.

Design & Construction

The DirecTank Wedge Wiper is manufactured from black, closed-cell nitrile/vinyl foam selected for durability, flexibility, and chemical compatibility.
